Developing your Concept & Planting Plan
1. Initial Meeting
A chance to look over the property / space in question and to discuss what you are hoping to achieve – your wishlist, likes, dislikes and questions will be noted. It is also important to get a good sense of your lifestyle at this stage, to enable us to create a realistic & functional design for you. A brief is developed and is emailed to you along with a quote for the design work involved.
2. Base Plan
A site survey will be completed, in order to develop a base plan. This may include some or all of the following:
– Property file search to obtain property plans & property info.
– On site measuring to plot existing features, details, plants to remain & existing levels.
– Photos taken of relevant spaces

3. Initial Concept
The information gathered at our initial meeting and from the site survey will allow us to create a draft concept – conveying the overall look of the outdoor spaces. A preliminary meeting gives us the opportunity to obtain your feedback on the initial concept. This meeting will include an explanation of initial ideas, photos of suggested materials / elements, any further thoughts, an overall planting scheme and 3D views of the concept (if desired). Your budget will be discussed at this stage, to ensure we are headed in the right direction.
4. Final Concept & Planting Plan
Ideas are refined, based on feedback from our preliminary meeting. Comprehensive notes and details are added to the plan. The planting plan is finalised to include a plant schedule outlining botanical names, quantities & suggested sizes.
A paper copy of the plan/s and a PDF file are provided to you upon completion.
